Vicki Scott is the Owner/Operator of KamCity Accounting Services.  She is an accounting professional with more than 20 years of experience in full cycle accounting in numerous industries. Vicki graduated from the Accounting Technician program at Thompson Rivers University and has worked in public practice compiling year ends and preparing tax returns. Vicki also held the position of Financial Manager for a large company for many years.

Vicki works with clients ranging from small home-based businesses to corporations with annual revenues in excess of $1 million. She has a proven track record of accurate data recording and her strong understanding and use of G.A.A.P and Financial Reporting Standards enable her clients to utilize their financials to make sound and informed business decisions. Many of Vicki’s clients have been able to reduce their accountant fees at year end. Vicki also provides consulting, support and training on the use of Sage 50 and Quickbooks software to clients that are doing their own bookkeeping.

Vicki was born and raised in Kamloops. She grew up in the country and still enjoys a rural lifestyle. She and her family operated a cattle and hay farm, and an equipment contracting business.  She has also taught first year accounting/bookkeeping as a sessional instructor at the college level and has held a real estate license. Vicki enjoys numerous outdoor activities with her family including fishing and rodeo and participates in team roping and barrel racing.
